Sanayi 313 is an uncoventional concept store in Istanbul. A former garage of an industrial zone has been trasformed into a large two-floor gallery, boutique, studio, restaurant, where it is possible to live a multisensorial experience.
The founders of this unique space are the Karavil brothers: Enis and Amir. They both study economics at Bentley University in Massachusetts. While Amir plays an important role in the family business of automotive and construction chemicals, Enis decides to follow his dream of becoming an interior designer and takes a degree at the Inchbald School of Design in London. Putting together their own expertise, they open this lifestyle store where different disciplines are combined: art, design and food.
Sanayi 313 Architects offers made to measure furniture, home accessories and includes a studio for designing residential or commercial spaces.
Sanayi 313 Atelier is an expression of Serena Uziyel’s individual style and aesthetic. Serena has graduated at Parsons School of Design in New York and has studied shoemaking in Milan and Florence. Her fashion collections offer an exquisite range of artisanal shoes and bags made by expert craftsman who can take up to 36 hours to create a single piece.
Sanayi 313 Kitchen, run by chef Müge Ergül, serves breakfast and lunch while dinner times is reserved for private parties only. Every day the patisserie serves customers special recipes that are constantly updated, while the lunch offers a modern cuisine with an healthy menu.
